Man dies after being hit by train at Alexandra Palace station

The incident is not being treated as suspicious

A man has died after being hit by a train at Alexandra Palace station. 

Emergency services were called to reports of a casualty on the tracks yesterday (Monday, 3rd October) at 1:36pm.  Sadly, the person was pronounced dead at the scene. 

All affected train lines have since been reopened. 

A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said: “The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
