Woman falls to her death from Tottenham tower block

Police confirm 49-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene

A woman fell to her death yesterday (Wednesday 18th) from a tower block on Love Lane Estate in Tottenham, police have confirmed.

Emergency services were called at 3.55pm to reports that a woman had fallen from a block of flats. Metropolitan Police officers attended along with paramedics from London Ambulance Service.

A 49-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene and her next of kin have been informed.

A police spokesperson said: “The death is being treated as unexpected but not suspicious. A report will be prepared for the coroner.”
