The clock was last at the location on Tottenham High Road in 1891, reports Olivia Opara

The historic Tottenham Hotspur clock was reinstated last Wednesday (14th June), marking the location at which the club was formed in 1882.
Outside the stadium on Tottenham High Road, the clock has been installed on a new lamppost which used to stand on White Hart Lane between 1934 and 2007 – it now represents the gas lantern under which Bobby Buckle, Hamilton Casey, and John Anderson formed the club.
The Hotspur clock previously hung outside of the Red House, the first administrative headquarters of the club between 1886 and 1891, before it was used for the production of gas masks during the First World War. The Red House later became an office for the club’s managers such as Bill Nicholson after the Second World War.
At the time of the club’s founding, the Red House was owned by Joshua Pedley, Bobby Buckle’s father’s employer, who also owned the Tottenham and Edmonton Dispensary.
