Teenager charged with murder of Andre Salmon

A teenager has been charged with the murder of Andre Salmon and is due to appear in court today. 

On Sunday (9th), 18-year-old Reagan Konin of Victoria Road, South Tottenham, was charged with the murder of 18-year-old Andre. Konin had been arrested in Southend on Saturday (8th).

Konin was charged with the additional offences of possession of a section 5 firearm; possession of an offensive weapon in a private place; possession with intent to supply class A drugs; and affray. He is due to appear in custody at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court today (Monday 10th).

The charges come following an investigation launched by homicide detectives when Andre was found collapsed in Constable Crescent and suffering with gunshot wounds last Monday (3rd). 

Andre sadly died at the scene and his family continues to be supported by specially trained officers.
