Man charged with murder of Brian Edwards in Upper Tollington

A man has been charged with murder after a fatal stabbing which took place in Upper Tollington Park last week.

David Odunuga of Rollason Way, Brentwood CM14, has been charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon. He is due to appear Highbury Corner Magisrates’ Court today (25th September).

Brian Edwards was killed on Tuesday, 19th September, after police were called to reports of a stabbing at 4am.

A post-mortem examination took place on Wednesday, 20th September and confirmed the cause of death to be stab wounds.
