Firefighters tackle Tottenham industrial site blaze

There were no reports of any injuries

Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled an industrial unit fire on Mill Mead Road in Tottenham on Saturday (20th).

One single storey outbuilding, a refrigerating unit, a van, and the exterior roof of the unit were partially damaged by fire. There were no injuries.

London Fire Brigade’s 999 control officers received 13 calls about the fire. The brigade was called at 2.31am and the fire was under control by 4.56am. Crews from Tottenham, Stoke Newington and Walthamstow fire stations attended the scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
