CCTV image released of suspect in Tottenham firearm incident

Residents reported hearing shots fired in the car park area of Altair Close on 29th April

Detectives have released an image of a man they want to identify after a firearm was discharged in Tottenham.

Police were called at 22.35pm on Monday, 29th April, after residents reported hearing shots fired in the carpark area of Altair Close, Tottenham.

A man inside a car that had entered the carpark discharged a firearm several times at an unknown person before it was driven off.
No-one was injured in the incident.

The investigation is being led by Detective Constable Emma Coney. She said: “Do you know who this man is? If so, please get in contact with us immediately.

“We also want to hear from anyone who has information about this incident that could assist the investigation. Did you see or hear anything suspicious in and around Altair Close that night? If so, we need to hear from you.”

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or ‘X’ @MetCC and quote CAD8189/29APR24. You can also provide information 100% anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
