Dante Forrest, of Moselle Avenue, is due to appear in court today charged with killing Marvin Dickson

A Wood Green man has been charged with the murder of a man whose body was found in a flat.
Police were called at about 9.45pm on Friday (20th), following concerns for the occupant of an address in Moselle Avenue, Wood Green. Officers attended and forced entry into the flat, where they discovered the man deceased.
The victim was named as 40-year-old Marvin Dickson. His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
On Sunday (22nd) a 36-year-old man, Dante Forrest, of Moselle Avenue, was arrested in the Edmonton area on suspicion of murder. He was charged with murder yesterday (Wednesday 25th) and will appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court later today (Thursday 26th).
A special post-mortem examination found Martin’s cause of death to be blunt force trauma.
