Last year’s campaign raised over £17,000 and helped fund six local projects

‘Haringey Giving Week’ has been launched this week to help children and young people tackle mental health and loneliness.
Taking place between Tuesday 3rd and Tuesday 10th, Haringey Giving Week enables people who are struggling to “take positive action and make improvements across the community”.
Every pound given or raised during the seven days will be matched by Haringey Giving’s funding partners, thereby having twice the impact for people experiencing disadvantage and inequality.
Last year’s campaign raised over £17,000 and helped fund six projects that enable local people to make improvements and take positive action.
Residents can get involved in this year’s appeal by donating, fundraising or volunteering. Local businesses can also consider making a difference by partnering with Haringey Giving.
People are encouraged to help spread the word about Haringey Giving Week by downloading a resource pack, where they can find images, posters, suggested social media posts, videos and more. They are also encouraged to use the hashtag #HereForHaringey on social media.
