Peter Augustine is accused of killing the 87-year-old man during a robbery

A Haringey man has been charged with murder over the death of an 87-year-old man in Manor House.
Peter Augustine, aged 58 and of Green Lanes has been charged with the murder of an 87-year-old man in Manor House. He has also been charged with robbery.
Around 5.53pm on Tuesday, 6th May, officers attended Goodchild Road, Manor House, following reports of a robbery.
An 87-year-old man was taken to hospital, where he sadly died last Thursday (8th). His next-of-kin are being supported by specialist officers.
Augustine was arrested in Green Lanes on the same day and has been remanded in custody. He appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (10th).
