Passengers invited to have say on Tottenham Hale Station

Bosses from Greater Anglia will be visiting the station to answer questions from the public

Tottenham Hale Station

Rail passengers are being invited to talk directly to Greater Anglia bosses at Tottenham Hale Station next month.

For passengers who use the train operator’s services in and out of Tottenham Hale, the event will take place on Tuesday, 3rd June from 4.30p-6.30pm.

Greater Anglia’s ‘Let’s Talk’ events give passengers an opportunity to provide valuable feedback directly to the operator, ask questions, and voice their opinions. The events are also an opportunity for passengers to gain insight into how rail services and stations are managed.

Greater Anglia managers will be available to answer passengers’ questions and listen to feedback and comments – with that input helping them to continually improve the service.

Martin Moran, Greater Anglia’s commercial, customer service and train presentation director, said: “It is really important to us to hear from passengers about what matters to them and answer any questions they may have.

“We are keen to listen and understand people’s experiences so that we can work to continually improve our service and meet customers’ expectations and needs.”

For those who can’t attend but would like to share feedback, an online survey is available:
