Baby Cakes in West Green Road is now allowed to open until midnight Sunday to Thursday and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, reports Grace Howarth, Local Democracy Reporter

A dessert shop in West Green Road has had its bid to open late granted despite concerns over antisocial behaviour and noise from delivery drivers.
Baby Cakes, which sells crepes, waffles and hot drinks, submitted an application for a premises licence which was debated by Haringey Council’s licensing sub-committee last month.
The owner, Atakan Kartal, had applied to serve hot food until 2am daily but the Metropolitan Police said the shop needed to be responsible for keeping noise from delivery drivers to a minimum and to install CCTV.
Residents Max Duerden and Katja Klier gave a representation saying granting the license would “aggravate a bad situation” and, due to the off licence next door which Atakan also owns, the area attracted “noise and antisocial behaviour”.
However, the committee has now decided to grant the dessert shop the licence.
In a written statement, the hours agreed, which the council had recommended, were a midnight close from Sunday to Thursday and a 2am close on Friday and Saturday.
The committee said: “The panel took the view that, on balance, the licensing objectives would be better met by grant of a licence subject to conditions than by refusal.”
As the shop only sold desserts it did not legally require a license unless it wanted to sell hot treats past 11pm.
Several conditions were also agreed, including the installation of CCTV, the area outside was to be kept clean and delivery drivers to be given “clear instructions” to not leave engines running or obstruct the highway.
