Tottenham resident offers chance to win her flat in raffle

Gina hopes the flat will be “life changing” for the winner

A Tottenham resident is giving people a chance to win her flat in a raffle.

Gina is putting her fully furnished two-bed flat through prize competition Raffal.com, with the winner picked at random also being given £10,000 in cash and having all legal fees and stamp duty paid for them.

Each ticket costs £5 and a small portion of ticket sales – 5% – will go to the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, supporting local community initiatives.

“I wanted to do something different, something fun that also gives back,” Gina explains. “This flat has been my home for a decade. It’s full of memories and I’ve put a lot of soul into this space – as a semi-pro ceramicist I even handmade every single tile in the kitchen over hundreds of hours!

“But, it’s time for this space to become someone else’s future. I wanted to do something fun, rooted in the community and hopefully life-changing for one lucky person out there!”

The flat is located near Tottenham High Road, just north of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and could be ideal for a Spurs fan attending games. It includes a balcony with skyline views across London.

Property raffles or lotteries are becoming increasingly common, with young people priced out of home ownership seeing them as their best chance to get on the housing ladder, while owners can avoid the hassle of dealing with estate agents.

Raffall.com is described as “a trusted UK prize platform”. Entry to Gina’s raffle closes on 4th January 2026. If the minimum number of tickets isn’t sold, a cash prize will still be awarded instead.
