Police investigating the death of a man in Haringey in 2024 have charged two men with murder.

24-year-old Jonah Ho-Shue was the victim of a fatal stabbing in Albert Road in Stroud Green on 4th January 2024.

In January 2025, a year on from Jonah’s death, the police offered a £20,000 reward for information leading to the prosecution of those responsible.

Now, James Thompson, 24, of Sanday Drive, Barnet and Dante Ashley, 25, of Ennis Road, Haringey have been charged with murder.

The men were charged yesterday (3rd February) and are due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court today. Ashley has also been charged with perverting the course of justice.

Both men were originally arrested in January 2024 and were released on conditional bail while the investigation continued.
