Community pay respects at vigil for murdered school teacher, Sabina Nessa

The community gathered to pay tribute to Sabina Nessa, a 28-year-old teacher who was killed in south-east London earlier this month.

Sabina’s body was found in Cator Park in Kidbrooke on Saturday, 18th September. She had been walking to meet a friend when she was killed.

Haringey residents held a vigil in memory of Sabina outside Wood Green Library, on Friday, 24th September.

Koci Selamaj, 36, was arrested in Eastbourne, East Sussex on Sunday, 26th September. He has been charged with the murder of Sabina.
