Woman hospitalised after Tottenham industrial unit blaze

Four fire engines attended the scene

London Fire Brigade (LFB) tackled a blaze at an industrial unit in Tottenham this morning (19th May) at 1.01am.

Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters from Edmonton, Tottenham and Walthamstow fire stations attended Tariff Road in Tottenham. A small part of an electrical room on the ground floor of a single storey industrial unit was damaged by the fire. The fire was under control by 2.45pm. 

Fire crews transported a woman to hospital.

The fire is believed to have been accidental, caused by an electrical fault.
