Haringey Council say one man is ‘known to charge money to remove waste and then illegally dump it’, reports Olivia Opara

Haringey Council has issued an appeal to identify fly-tippers in Tottenham who were ‘dragging a bin’.
Yesterday (19th September), the council made an appeal on social media to identify the two men.
The men were caught on CCTV dragging a bin along Ivatt Way, N17. The council claims one of the men, seen wearing what appears to be a blue shirt, is ‘known to charge money to remove waste and then illegally dump it’.
The council is asking for anyone with any information to help its investigation into the fly-tipping to contact [email protected] and to check if a waste collector is registered.
