Further stabbings at Finsbury Park as two men rushed to hospital

Further stabbings have taken place in Finsbury Park this week after two men were rushed to hospital early yesterday morning (21st September).

Police were called at 3.31am to reports of a stabbing on Rock Street, Finsbury Park. Two men aged 19 and 24 were found with stab injuries at the scene.

A crime scene remains in place, with Blackstock Road closed from Seven Sisters Road to Somerfield Road. 4, 19, 106 and 236 bus routes are on diversion.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “They were taken to hospital and their injuries have been assessed as non life-threatening.

“There have been no arrests. Enquiries continue.”

Earlier this week, another stabbing took place in the area at Upper Tollington Park. A man in his 50s was pronounced dead at the scene.
