Residents are invited to share their views on the hub in exchange for vouchers, reports Olivia Opara

A new integrated health hub is set to be launched in Wood Green.
On Saturday, 11th November, Healthwatch Haringey announced the Whittington Health NHS Trust’s plans to improve health and social care in the area.
The hub will be launched as an addition to the recently opened NHS Community Diagnostics Centre already located in The Mall in Wood Green.
Healthwatch Haringey is now running a series of workshops for residents to share their thoughts and ideas on the hub’s design. Residents will also be able to suggest what kinds of services the hub will offer.
The workshops will run in the day and evening from 22nd November to 30th November in Tottenham and Wood Green and participants will receive a £30 voucher.
Healthwatch Haringey and Whittington Health are particularly interested in hearing from:
- Older People
- People with Physical Disabilities
- People experiencing difficulty with their mental health
- Carers (support can be provided to cover your caring responsibilities so you can attend)
Healthwatch Haringey is delivered by Public Voice and is an independent statutory consumer champion created to gather and represent the views of the public on health and social care services.
