Fortismere Community Symphony Orchestra invites residents to a “buoyant programme of vibrant, dance-inspired music”
Fortismere Community Symphony Orchestra is hosting its summer concert this Saturday, 6th July.
The group invites residents to join them for a “buoyant programme of vibrant, dance-inspired music” and says they are “excited to be joined by cellist Ashok Klouda who will be performing Tchaikovsky’s Variations on a Rococo Theme.
The cello Ashok will be playing (pictured above) was made by one of the members of the orchestra, luthier and violinist Tibor Semmelweis.
The concert starts from 7pm on Saturday and is being held at St Andrew’s Church in Muswell Hill (N10 2DD). Tickets are £13 online or £16 on the door. Concessions can buy tickets for £8. For more information:
