The Jamaica Fun Day Extravaganza returns for its ninth edition

A celebration of Jamaican culture is due to go ahead on White Hart Lane this Sunday, 6th August.
The ninth annual Jamaica Fun Day Extravaganza will be held at the New River Rugby Field in Wood Green, N22 from 11am-9pm, featuring a day of stalls (including crafts), music (including Jamaican folklore songs), and other entertainment.
The mayor of Haringey and The Metropolitan Safer Neighbourhood Team will also be in attendance.
This year, the event will recognise the 75th year of Windrush by giving pensioners free entry between 11am and 2pm. Proceeds will go towards Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Diabetic Association.
