The event incorporates ‘lived experience stories of mental wellbeing performed through song’

An ‘Outsider’ music therapy event is due to be held at The Antwerp Arms in Tottenham.
Coordinated by music therapist and producer Jon Hall and Outsider music members, the event will “narrate [the] experience of damage and recovery through song”.
Jon said: “I work with people of all ages, to help them write, produce and record music as a way of helping them cope with and alleviate psychological, emotional, cognitive, physical, communicative and social challenges. Creative works of music give participants something to be proud of, a tangible achievement.”
The event will take place from 6.30pm on Tuesday, 26th March.
