The football club’s charity is hosting a fitness event at Lordship Rec for parents and their toddlers

Tottenham Hotspur Foundation is inviting parents with small children to attend a free social and fitness session at Lordship Rec this week.
The ‘buggy fit’ session takes place tomorrow (Tuesday 9th) from 10am to 11am and will continue every Tuesday until the summer.
The charity says that walks in the fresh air “boost mood and add plenty of steps to increase physical activity”.
Attendees can also expect to socialise with other parents, carers or grandparents in the local area looking after infants under 24 months. They should bring a water bottle, suitable clothing and footwear for the walk, plus a pushchair for their child.
The meeting point for the event is outside the Broadwater Farm Children’s Centre in Adams Road. To register:
