Windrush-inspired play coming to Jacksons Lane in June

The Highgate theatre will stage the play written by Rodreguez King-Dorset and based on the Windrush scandal of 2018

A play based on the Windrush scandal is coming to Jacksons Lane Arts Centre in Highgate next month.

Written by Rodreguez King-Dorset, Windrush Secret is a gripping play set in 2018, intertwining the lives of a young far-right leader, a black Caribbean diplomat, and a government official.

Uncover their hidden truths as they deliver speeches on the Windrush Generation and the scandal that followed; amidst the fiery rhetoric, one reveals a life-changing secret.

Windrush Secret is showing at 7.30pm on Thursday 20th June at Jacksons Lane Arts Centre in Archway Road. Tickets cost £18, to book:
